Very good hotel. Near to the museums. Amsterdam is a small city and you can walk to any attraction from the hotel. |

Very clean and stylish room. Comfortable bed. Very stylish interior design. Extremely well located hotel (3 minutes from Leidseplein), and quiet neighbourhood. Close parking facility. Very polite hotel staff. No internet (only extra charge through swisscom). Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Very limited choice of TV channels (3 NL, and 1 FR, I think). Breakfast was ok, but only ok. |

Staff at the Reception, at the Bar, at the Restaurant, overall service is fantastick! Very apprehensive, willing to help, always attend with a smile, Great hospitality. Bravo!! Rooms were not being cleaned properly... Dirty bed sheet was not changed, just covered with comforter. Shampoo / Bathgel were not added every day.. Eventhough the bottles were empty. Dirty coffee mug were not cleaned, and coffee were not refilled every day. |

everything was perfect especially the room a junior suite, the staff were lovely to us and the hotel was near everything, very modern indeed. |
